ABOUT THE CREATOR

Somatic Educator. Bodyworker. Business Mentor. Author. Clinical Practitioner of 30+ Years.

Natasha is the founder of TRAUMA RELEASE METHOD™ — a culmination of three decades of hands-on clinical experience, cross-cultural study, and integrative somatic practice. She is the author of Thai Massage Dissected, a published book exploring the intersections of traditional medicine, anatomy, and embodied healing.

Her work is rooted in a deep, lived understanding of the human body — informed by time spent in dissection labs and direct anatomical study. This approach allows her to teach not just technique, but relationship — to fascia, to breath, to presence, to what healing actually asks of us.

With a background spanning traditional medicine, breathwork, trauma-informed bodywork, and practitioner mentorship, Natasha has taught thousands of students how to hold ethical, powerful spaces for healing — without performance, overextension, or bypass.

She created this method for practitioners who want to build work they can trust — clinically, energetically, and financially.
Who want to serve with precision and efficacy
Scale with integrity.
And lead with presence.
