BECOME A BREATHWORK, TRAUMA & SOMATIC HEALING FACILITATOR
Online & In-Person Hybrid Training
The Trauma Release Method™ is a 12-month professional diploma combining Breathwork, Touch, and Somatic Coaching. Designed for experienced coaches, yoga teachers, therapists, and practitioners who want to work more precisely with the physical body, emotional imprints, and nervous system patterns their clients carry, whilst supporting their client presentations with clarity, safety, and precision.
You won’t just learn more techniques.
You’ll embody a method that integrates fascia, breath, nervous system, and emotional patterning, so you can support clients
with the full complexity of what they carry:
Chronic pain.
Addictions.
Dysregulation.
Repetitive thoughts and protective behaviours that once kept them safe — and now keep them stuck.
This is a comprehensive methodology that not only elevates your entire practice, but expands your clinical range and delivery formats, giving you more freedom in how you work, who you support, and where your skills apply.
Who is this training for?
This diploma is built for practitioners who are ready to expand the depth and precision of their work.
You’ve spent years training.
You’ve worked with clients physical and emotional pain
You’ve developed discernment — but may still feel limited by scope, structure, or access to methods that match the complexity of your clients’ needs or the freedom you desire in delivering your work.
This certification is for professionals who are:
Ready to integrate the body-mind connection more directly into their clinical or therapeutic work
Seeking tools that support trauma at both structural and emotional levels
Interested in methods that serve acute and chronic conditions without defaulting to referral, protocols or scripts
Committed to ethical, effective practice in somatic healing — with a focus on future driven client outcomes
Wanting flexibility in how they deliver their work — retreats, 1:1, hybrid, clinical or creative formats
Looking to scale with depth and build a business that’s not only sustainable, but aligned with the work they truly want to be doing
Prioritize ethical, nervous system-safe facilitation — and want to support trauma without reactivating it
Whether you’re refining an existing practice or stepping into a new chapter with clearer scope and higher standards, this training equips you to meet what your clients carry – and to support them through it with intelligence, skill and integrity.
WHY THIS METHOD MATTERS
For practitioners who work at the root, not just the site of pain.
TRAUMA RELEASE METHOD™ equips you to work with complexity.
From physical tension patterns and chronic pain to emotional imprinting, belief systems, and energetic dysregulation.
This method is designed to help you meet your clients with tools that are both structurally intelligent and emotionally precise — and to apply them in a way that’s clinically sound, adaptable, and sustainable over time.
You’ll train in a method designed to treat the whole person, not just manage the systems.
Fascia, lymph, and nervous system — through integrative breathwork, Bowen Therapy, and hands-on grounded techniques
Emotional regulation and expression — through somatic coaching and applied nervous system coaching
Clear interoception and sustainable practitioner presence — practiced in both group and 1:1 settings
Spinal nerve and medicinal formula liniment — combining traditional plant medicine and touch to support deep visceral and nervous system repair
This method reflects what your clients need most: integrated support for complex conditions — physical, emotional, and behavioral.
You’ll leave with tools that meet that complexity, and the clarity to deliver them with precision, depth, and care.
this isn’t just a certification.
It’s a comprehensive method, built through 3 decades of clinical practice, somatic intelligence, and traditional healing systems.
You won’t just collect tools.
YOU”LL DEVELOP THE CAPACITY TO APPLY THEM, WITH PRECISION, ACROSS FORMATS, AND WITHOUT COMPROMISING DEPTH.

ABOUT THE CREATOR
Somatic Educator. Bodyworker. Business Mentor. Author. Clinical Practitioner of 30+ Years.
Natasha is the founder of TRAUMA RELEASE METHOD™ — a culmination of three decades of hands-on clinical experience, cross-cultural study, and integrative somatic practice. She is the author of Thai Massage Dissected, a published book exploring the intersections of traditional medicine, anatomy, and embodied healing.
Her work is rooted in a deep, lived understanding of the human body — informed by time spent in dissection labs and direct anatomical study. This approach allows her to teach not just technique, but relationship — to fascia, to breath, to presence, to what healing actually asks of us.
With a background spanning traditional medicine, breathwork, trauma-informed bodywork, and practitioner mentorship, Natasha has taught thousands of students how to hold ethical, powerful spaces for healing — without performance, overextension, or bypass.
She created this method for practitioners who want to build work they can trust — clinically, energetically, and financially.
Who want to serve with precision and efficacy
Scale with integrity.
And lead with presence.
