YOUR NEXT STEP
This is where you experience the method for yourself.

Deepen your embodied understanding.
Explore whether TRM is aligned with your next evolution.
What is the focus of the training?
The training teaches Trauma Release Method (TRM), which integrates somatic coaching, conscious connected breathwork, bodywork, meditation, and nervous system regulation. It’s designed to help practitioners support clients safely and effectively through trauma-informed approaches.
What are the times of the Applied Foundations course?
Online 25th and 26th April, 11am-4pm each day
OR
In person in Richmond, 27th and 28th June, 12pm – 6pm each day
How is this training different from other somatic or breathwork schools?
Unlike standard somatic coaching or breathwork trainings, TRM combines coaching, breath, bodywork, and somatic tools into a flexible method developed over three decades. It emphasizes safety, authenticity, and co-creation with clients rather than rigid techniques.
Do I need to be an experienced coach to join?
Yes, this training is best suited for those with some coaching, therapeutic, or body-based practice experience. It is not an entry-level coaching skills program; instead, it deepens and expands existing practices.
What is the pathway into the training?
The first step is attending a two-day introductory workshop (in-person or online). This allows you to experience the teaching style, explore the methods, and decide whether the year-long diploma is right for you.
How long is the full training?
The diploma is a year-long program, starting in February 2026, with both online components and in-person immersion retreats (e.g., a 4-day immersion in August 2026).
Is the training accredited?
Yes, the diploma is accredited and insured through the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). It counts as a recognized professional qualification and includes CPD (Continuing Professional Development) hours.
Can I apply this training if I mostly work online?
Absolutely. While bodywork is more suited to in-person practice, many tools—such as functional breathing, somatic coaching, self-directed touch, and trauma-informed coaching—translate well into online sessions.
What kinds of trauma does the training address?
The training covers working with physical, psychological, and generational/inherited trauma. You’ll learn how to safely meet clients where they are, recognize boundaries of practice, and know when to refer to other professionals.
Is this the same as a three-year trauma therapy training?
No. This is not a psychotherapy degree. It is a professional coaching and body-based training that equips you with practical tools, ethical frameworks, and trauma-informed approaches for coaching and facilitation.
What values underpin the program?
Integrity, safety, and empowerment. The method emphasizes client consent, autonomy, and co-creation, ensuring practitioners hold space with care and professionalism.
What are the costs and payment options?
The introductory two-day workshop is £450 in person and £350 online. The full diploma program is approximately £6,000, with options for full payment or structured payment plans.
