Laura Martin
I am a trauma release facilitator based in Scotland, specialising in working with burnout. I work with people who have been juggling lots of balls for too long and despite external success are experiencing symptoms such as headaches, racing thoughts, and anxiety. My expertise centers around using the TRM method to get underneath the surface and work with nervous system regulation, somatic healing, and releasing trauma stored in the body to treat the causes of the behaviours and beliefs that lead to burnout. So that people can finally break free from burnout and reclaim their full potential.
