18th January 11am – 5pm

£450 | Small group (14 max in-person / online cohort)

You already know you’re not here for surface-level healing.

You’ve felt the pull to go deeper — into work that meets the nervous system, holds the body, and honours the full complexity of trauma.

But maybe you’re still clarifying:

Is this method the right fit for my work?

Can I really integrate breath, touch, and coaching into my practice?

Am I ready to apply for something this immersive?

That’s exactly what this two-day experience is for.

A full TRM breathwork session, rooted in nervous system fluency - feel the power of the breath in your own body and you will fully understand how this medicine will fit into your clients sessions

Live somatic coaching demonstrations, showing how to work in real time with emotion, adaptation, and agency

A guided introduction to touch-based practices (adapted for online delivery)

Group space for discussion, reflection, and practitioner embodiment

Clear next steps for those considering the full certification pathway

Whether you’re brand new to this kind of work or already established in practice, this experience will help you meet the method in your own body — and determine whether this is the right next step for your evolution.

what happens over the two days

This isn’t just information. It’s integration. For your body, mind and business.
Every part of the workshop is designed to give you a felt sense of the method — not just so you can learn it, but so you can live it.

If you join in person (Richmond, 15–16 November), you will:

ENGAGE IN SOMATIC PRACTICES THAT CONNECT YOU TO YOUR BONES, YOUR WHEEL OF AWARENESS, AND YOUR CAPACITY FOR GROUNDED JOY

LEARN HOW TO HOLD AN INTEGRATION CIRCLE THAT CENTRES SAFETY, WITNESSING AND TRUE CLIENT CO-REGULATION

If you join online (17–18 January), you will:

ABOUT THE CREATOR

Somatic Educator. Bodyworker. Business Mentor. Author. Clinical Practitioner of 30+ Years.

Natasha is the founder of TRAUMA RELEASE METHOD™ — a culmination of three decades of hands-on clinical experience, cross-cultural study, and integrative somatic practice. She is the author of Thai Massage Dissected, a published book exploring the intersections of traditional medicine, anatomy, and embodied healing.

Her work is rooted in a deep, lived understanding of the human body — informed by years spent in dissection labs and direct anatomical study. This approach allows her to teach not just technique, but relationship — to fascia, to breath, to presence, to what healing actually asks of us.

With a background spanning traditional medicine, breathwork, trauma-informed bodywork, and practitioner mentorship, Natasha has taught thousands of students how to hold ethical, powerful spaces for healing — without performance, overextension, or bypass.

She created this method for practitioners who want to build work they can trust — clinically, energetically, and financially.
Who want to serve with precision and efficacy
Scale with integrity.
And lead with presence.

'What a wonderful way to introduce people to TRM.'

Hybrid and online training

You don’t need more tools.

You need a method that meets the body, the science, and your vision.

This is how you find out if this is it.

What is the focus of the training?

The training teaches Trauma Release Method (TRM), which integrates somatic coaching, conscious connected breathwork, bodywork, meditation, and nervous system regulation. It’s designed to help practitioners support clients safely and effectively through trauma-informed approaches.

What are the times of the Applied Foundations course?

Richmond

15th November 1pm – 6pm

16th November 10 am – 6pm
(13 CPD points)
Online
17th January 10 am – 5pm
18th January 11am – 5pm

How is this training different from other somatic or breathwork schools?

Unlike standard somatic coaching or breathwork trainings, TRM combines coaching, breath, bodywork, and somatic tools into a flexible method developed over three decades. It emphasizes safety, authenticity, and co-creation with clients rather than rigid techniques.

Do I need to be an experienced coach to join?

Yes, this training is best suited for those with some coaching, therapeutic, or body-based practice experience. It is not an entry-level coaching skills program; instead, it deepens and expands existing practices.

What is the pathway into the training?

The first step is attending a two-day introductory workshop (in-person or online). This allows you to experience the teaching style, explore the methods, and decide whether the year-long diploma is right for you.

How long is the full training?

The diploma is a year-long program, starting in February 2026, with both online components and in-person immersion retreats (e.g., a 4-day immersion in August 2026).

Is the training accredited?

Yes, the diploma is accredited and insured through the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). It counts as a recognized professional qualification and includes CPD (Continuing Professional Development) hours.

Can I apply this training if I mostly work online?

Absolutely. While bodywork is more suited to in-person practice, many tools—such as functional breathing, somatic coaching, self-directed touch, and trauma-informed coaching—translate well into online sessions.

What kinds of trauma does the training address?

The training covers working with physical, psychological, and generational/inherited trauma. You’ll learn how to safely meet clients where they are, recognize boundaries of practice, and know when to refer to other professionals.

Is this the same as a three-year trauma therapy training?

No. This is not a psychotherapy degree. It is a professional coaching and body-based training that equips you with practical tools, ethical frameworks, and trauma-informed approaches for coaching and facilitation.

What values underpin the program?

Integrity, safety, and empowerment. The method emphasizes client consent, autonomy, and co-creation, ensuring practitioners hold space with care and professionalism.

What are the costs and payment options?

The introductory two-day workshop is £450. The full diploma program is approximately £6,000, with options for full payment or structured payment plans.
